The Thermomix® Mixing Bowl and Knife should be taken apart for cleaning each time you use the Thermomix TM6 and reassembled carefully and safely before cooking again, here?s how to do it!

Removing the Mixing Knife:
Hold the handle in one hand and the grove at the bottom of the mixing bowl base in the other hand. Remove the base the Mixing Knife carefully.
To reassemble, insert the Mixing Knife into the Mixing Bowl and fit the Mixing Bowl base, align the base with the slot of the Mixing Bowl, then rotate the base clockwise to lock the Mixing knife in place.
