The Thermomix Mixing Bowl and Knife should be cleaned after each recipe, before cooking the next recipe.

Place water and a drop of detergent into the Mixing Bowl.
Select Pre-clean mode and turn the speed selector to start.
Afterwards, rinse the Mixing Bowl with clean water.
All Thermomix TM6 parts and accessories, except the main base unit, are dishwasher-safe. Tip: Use cold, not warm water to remove resilient dough residue.
To dislodge sticky ingredients, use the ?Turbo? function to project them off the Mixing Bowl.
