Fermentation mode on your TM7 creates the perfect environment for growing beneficial bacteria. Use it to make homemade yoghurt, prove dough, or explore fermentation projects. Set the temperature between 37?70°C depending on your needs?40°C is ideal for yoghurt in the mixing bowl, while heating water to 50?55°C helps create a stable 26?28°C in the Varoma® for dough proofing in jars. Consistent, reliable results every time.
