Yeah, it’s a mouthful and it’s filling too. If you have children (or husbands) that are always looking for something to snack on, then these banana oat and chocolate bars are brilliant. Not really a muesli bar, but they could replace a shop-bought one very easily.

They’re great for using up bananas that are being overlooked (due to their state) in the fruit bowl. Throw in some oats to making them a bit healthy and help fill them up, then chocolate chips to give them the yum factor.
