Valentine's Day Chocolate mini Tarts
I say “any excuse for a decadent little chocolate tart”. Yes" These are rich, delicious little tarts, that are simple to both make and clean up afterwards.
I make them in three parts, first the biscuit base, then the chocolate filling and lastly, cover them with a chocolate ganache. I know that sounds like a lot of work, but it’s so simple.
I make mine with 811 Callebaut callets because if you’re going to have the calories, make them worthwhile.
